Wash five oranges, wipe and remove their peel (only the orange part) by cutting it around in large washers.
Put in a large bottle with wide orifice the peels and 1 liter brandy. Tightly close the bottle and leave it for one week directed towards the sun.
Once the week has passed, prepare 1 kg sugar with 1 stick of cinnamon and some water to boil. When melted and cooled, pour the syrup into the bottle with the original mixture along with 1 ½ cups fresh orange juice.
Leave it in the sun for another three weeks, making sure to periodically shake well.
When the liqueur is ready, strain, then filter through a filter paper and put it in a liqueur bottle.
