- The offer is valid for the Ferry Boat “ACHILLEAS” of Skyros Shipping Company (SNE) and for as long as the itineraries from Kymi (Evia) to Skopelos Chora take place.
- The offer is valid exclusively for itineraries to and from the port of Kymi (Evia).
- The offer is valid for direct bookings at our hotels. Direct bookings are considered reservations through the online system of our website or by phone at +30 210 6919 111 or via email at bookings[at]skopeloshotels.eu. The offer is not valid for reservations made via travel agents with whom there is no cooperation contract or for reservations made through online travel agents (Booking. com, Expedia.com, etc.). In any case, you should contact the booking department of “Spyrou Skopelos Experience” at +30 210 6919 111.
- Children entitled to free accommodation are excluded from the Free Ferry Tickets offer, according to the policy of the respective hotel of Spyrou Skopelos Experience.

Β. DISCOUNTED FERRY TICKETS
Regardless of the duration of your stay and the way your reservation is made, we offer a 20% discount on your Ferry Tickets (passenger & vehicle):
- The Discounted Ferry Tickets are issued only by our company “Spyrou Skopelos Experience”.
- The offer is valid for the Ferry Boat “ACHILLEAS” of Skyros Shipping Company (SNE) and for as long as the itineraries from Kymi (Evia) to Skopelos Chora take place.
- The offer is valid exclusively for itineraries to and from the port of Kimi (Evia).
- There is no discount on already Discounted Ferry Tickets (e.g. Student Discounts, Discounts for Disabled people, etc).
- All discounts and offers are calculated on the official prices of Skyros Shipping Company (SNE).
- To issue the Discounted Ferry Tickets, full payment is required.
- The discount does not apply to trucks, vans, and agricultural vehicles.
- Prices may be increased by the shipping company, for which Spyrou Skopelos Experience bears no responsibility.
- For any difference between the listed price of your printed Discounted Ferry Ticket and the amount paid, you will receive a relevant receipt upon your departure from the hotel.
C. ISSUING PROCESS FOR FREE OR DISCOUNTED FERRY TICKETS
- Before requesting your Free or Discounted Ferry Tickets from “Spyrou Skopelos Experience”, you must have decided the itineraries of your interest. Please complete and submit our Ferry Ticket issuing form.
- To issue your Ferry Tickets it is necessary to inform us at least 14 days before the date of your trip. Within the last 14 days, there is no possibility of issuing Ferry Tickets.
- “Spyrou Skopelos Experience” issues the Discounted Ferry Tickets after their full payment.
- Unique Ticket Codes are sent to the beneficiaries of Free or Discounted Ferry Tickets. It is necessary to print and collect your Ferry Tickets from the authorized Port Agency of Skyros Shipping Company (SNE) at the port of Kymi (Evia). In order to collect your tickets, you should present your Unique Ticket Code.
D. TICKET CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
- In case of cancellation or change of route (due to weather conditions, technical problems, etc.) you must communicate directly with the shipping company (provided that you already received your Unique Ticket Codes), without the mediation of “Spyrou Skopelos Experience”, which bears no responsibility. - In case passengers miss the departure of their ferry boat, “Spyrou Skopelos Experience” does not bear any responsibility and no refund is granted.
E. HYPER-OCCUPANCY
- Requesting and paying off your Ferry Tickets at “Spyrou Skopelos Experience” does not imply their automatic issuance as this process requires about 14 days, a time that raises the possibility of hyper-occupancy.
- On some dates during the high season (July – August), there might be hyper-occupancy for passengers and vehicles.
- “Spyrou Skopelos Experience” may cancel and refund the Ferry Tickets if faced with the inability of Skyros Shipping Company (SNE) to provide vehicle and passenger seats.
- In such cases, “Spyrou Skopelos Experience” bears no responsibility.
